Where independence takes root.

Brightstone supports emerging adults with autism through real-world skill building, personalized coaching, integrated clinical support, and a genuine community — so they can move forward with confidence, and families can feel peace of mind.

Brightstone is a place to grow at your pace, with the right support.

At Brightstone, neurodivergent emerging adults build the tools they need to navigate life more independently. Whether that means learning to manage money, cook meals, build relationships, or prepare for college or work—we meet each person where they are. We work closely with families and referring professionals to create a path that’s thoughtful, personalized, and grounded in real progress.

What Emerging Adults Build at Brightstone

  • Real-World Life Skills

Meal planning, budgeting, and household routines that foster real-world independence.

  • School & Work Readiness

Support with classes, internships, or jobs—no matter what the next step looks like.

  • Confidence & Connection

Clinically informed support for emotional regulation, communication, and building healthy relationships — woven into everyday life.

Every emerging adult deserves to feel capable, connected, and confident in their future.

Supporting Every Step Forward

Brightstone has pioneered a community-based coaching and mentoring model that helps neurodivergent emerging adults build independence and confidence. Now, our model integrates clinical support directly into daily life. For years, we've supported hundreds of families, because the journey to independence is a team effort.

One Integrated Model of Care

Coaching, mentoring, and clinical support no longer live in separate lanes.
At Brightstone, therapeutic care is woven into everyday life for every emerging adult.
